摘要
防护与作业一体化升降平台是一种用于主体结构建造和墙体装饰装修的新型施工装备。重点介绍了其与结构外附施工设备高效协同建造技术,提出了一种可与操作平台共用导轨架升降的凹形轿厢的施工升降机,阐述了操作平台与该新型施工升降机的布置方式与防碰撞措施,介绍了一种操作平台穿越塔吊附墙杆进行升降的方法和流程,解决了避让塔吊附墙杆的难题。最后,指出在工程实践中应根据项目实际情况采用高效的设备协同作业模式,以获得最大化的建造效益。
The integrated protection and operation lifting platform is a kind of new construction equipment for main structure construction and wall decoration.The construction technology of high-efficiency cooperation with construction equipme nt attached to structure is focused on.A construction hoist of con cave car which can be lifted and lowered by the same guide rail-frame with the operation platform is put forward,the layout mode and anti-collision measures of the operation platform and the new construction hoist are introduced,a method and process of lifting the operating platform through the wall attached pole for tower crane is introduced,and the problem of avoiding the attached wall pole of tower crane is solved.Finally,it is pointed out that the efficient equipment cooperation mode should be adopted according to the actual situation of the project in order to maximize the con structi on ben efit.
