摘要
目的:分析健脾补肾活血方对急重症脑梗死患者的神经功能缺损及遗留障碍的疗效。方法:随机选取我院2019年3月—2019年9月收治的40例急重症脑梗死患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方式不同分为对照组和研究组,每组20例。对照组给予常规治疗,研究组在此基础上给予健脾补肾活血方治疗。观察研究两组NIHSS评分、Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分、Bar-thel指数。结果:治疗前两组NIHSS评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),研究组治疗2周后、治疗4周后及治疗8周后NIHSS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前两组Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分、Bar-thel指数差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后研究组Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分、Bar-thel指数均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用健脾补肾活血方辅助治疗急重症脑梗死,有利于改善神经功能缺损情况,有效改善肢体功能遗留障碍,治疗效果突出。
Objective:To analyze the therapeutic effect of jianpi bushen huoxue recipe on neurological dysfunction and residual disorders in patients with acute and severe cerebral infarction.Methods:Randomly selected from our hospital in March 2019-September 2019 in 40 patients with severe cerebral infarction as the research object,according to different treatment,were divided into control group and research group(20 cases in each group)and control group given conventional treatment,the research group based on this,gives the spleen and kidney invigorate the circulation of the treatment,observed two groups of patients with NIHSS score,Fugl Meyer movement function score,Bar-the change of thel index before and after treatment.Results:There was no significant difference in NIHSS scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).NIHSS scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group after 2 weeks of treatment,4 weeks of treatment and 8 weeks of treatment(P<0.05).Fugl-the two groups before treatment of Mey er movement function score,Bar-thel index has no obvious difference,the team Fugl-Me yer movement function score after treatment,the Bar-thel index were higher than control group(P<0.05),Conclusion:The spleen and kidney invigorate the circulation of the auxiliary treatment of acute severe cerebral infarction,and to improve patients'neurologic deficits,effectively improve the limb function in patients with legacy obstacles,treatment effect is prominent.
