摘要
采用两因素完全随机设计的盆栽试验,探讨了生物炭、有机肥及两者配施对土壤酶活性和作物产量的影响.生物炭和有机肥的施加量分别为0、1%、2%、3%,以均不施加为对照,以白菜(Brassica rapa var.glabra Regel)为供试作物.分析了不同处理下6种土壤酶活性与作物产量的变化特征与关联性.结果表明:(1)施加有机肥显著提高了土壤磷酸酶、蔗糖酶和脲酶活性(P<0.01),而施加生物炭显著提高了土壤过氧化氢酶活性(P<0.01),配施处理下土壤酶活性指数更高.(2)施加有机肥显著提高了作物产量(P<0.01),而施加生物炭的影响不显著,配施处理下作物产量更高.(3)土壤酶活指数与作物产量呈显著正相关(P<0.01).因此,与单一施炭处理相比较,生物炭与有机肥配施显著提高了土壤酶活性与作物产量.
This study uses a two-factor completely random design pot experiment to explore the effects of biochar(BC),organic fertilizer(OF)and the combination of both on soil enzyme activity and crop yield.The applied amounts of BC and OF were 0,1%,2%and 3%,with none applied as a control,and cabbage(Brassica rapa var.glabra Regel)as the test crop.The characteristics and correlation of 6 soil enzyme activities with crop yield under different treatments were analyzed.The results showed:(1)Application of OF significantly increased the activities of soil phosphatase,sucrase and urease(P<0.01),but decreased soil protease and catalase activities(P<0.01).Application of BC significantly increased soil catalase activity(P<0.01).Soil enzyme activity index is higher under treatment of the combined application.(2)The application of OF was significantly increased crop yield(P<0.01),while BC was not.The crop yield was significantly increased in combined treatment group of BC and OF.(3)The soil enzyme activity index is positively correlated with crop yield(P<0.01).Therefore,compared with a single BC treatment,the combined application of BC and OF significantly improved soil enzyme activity and crop yield.
