摘要
文章选择一种易染色、高吸湿性的改性涤纶丝束,通过切割、染色、电着处理后,制备成用于静电植绒的绒毛。将改性涤纶绒毛和普通锦纶绒毛、粘胶绒毛进行植绒打样,并通过表面感官分析、植绒牢度、静电性能、摩擦色牢度等性能测试,比较植绒样品的性能。结果表明,改性涤纶静电植绒产品的植绒效果与锦纶相近,甚至更优。具体表现为以改性涤纶为绒毛制备的植绒样品,颜色艳丽、手感良好、植绒密度大、植绒牢度强,但是其耐摩擦色牢度有待改善。
In the paper,a modified polyester tow that is easy to dye and highly hygroscopic is prepared into a nap for electrostatic flocking through cutting,dyeing,and electrostatic process.The modified polyester nap,conventional polyamide nap,and viscose nap are flocked and sampled.And the performance of these flocked samples,i.e.,flocking fastness,electrostatic performance,and fastness to rubbing is compared via the surface sensory analysis.Results indicated that the flocking effect of modified polyester for electrostatic flocking is similar to that of polyamide nap or performs even better.The flocking sample of modified polyester has bright color,good hand feeling,high flocking density,and strong flocking fastness.But its colorfastness to rubbing needs to be improved.
