摘要
设置播种前不同种子预处理方式、播种后不同覆土厚度、育苗早期不同遮荫度等岗梅育苗对比试验。结果表明:覆土厚度为1.0 cm的出芽率最高;在育苗早期,遮荫度为75%的苗木生长最好;沙藏后再播种的出芽率比随采随播的出芽率高,出芽时间也比随采随播的短。
A comparative experiment wasconducted to compare the effectsof different seed pretreatment methodsbefore sowing,different covering soil thicknessafter sowing,and different shading degree at early seedling stage of Ilex asprella.When the thicknessof covering soil was1.0 cm,the seedling germination rate wasthe highest.In the early stage of seedling raising,the seedlingswith 75%shade degree grew in highest quality.The germination rate of sowing after sand storage washigher than that without sand storage,while the budding time wasshorter than that without sand storage.
