摘要
高水平专业群是提升职业教育内涵发展的重要途径。本研究以广东农工商职业技术学院市场营销专业群建设的现实情况为研究对象,剖析了广东农工商职业技术学院市场营销专业群的建设背景以及组群逻辑,采用问卷调查、案例分析、访谈等研究方法,深入探究了该专业群在建设中存在的专业群建设认识不统一以及专业群建设的协同意识较弱的问题。建设高水平专业群应从创新"双元制"人才培养模式、服务学生多样化成才、打造创新型专业群师资团队、共建共享专业群实践教学基地等方面选择建设路径,并构建专业群可持续发展保障机制。
High-level professional groups is one of the most important approaches to enhance the connotative development of vocational education.This study takes the Marketing Specialty Clusters of the Guangdong AIB Polytechnic College as the research object,analyzing its construction background and grouping logic.Main research methods such as questionnaires,case analysis,interviews,etc.have been adopted to delve into divided opinions on how to build professional groups in practice and weak coordination awareness among these groups.To build high-level clusters,we should follow the innovative"dual system"talent training model,make sure students excel themselves in various ways,create an innovative professional group of teachers and build a shared professional practice teaching base,and mechanisms for ensuring sustainable development of the Specialty Clusters。
