摘要
甘草泻心汤出自《伤寒论》及《金匮要略》,是张仲景治疗下利及狐惑之效方。笔者曾跟随黄煌老师学习经方,常从辨体质辨方证入手,对于患者体质较好,舌质红、苔腻,眼睑充血,伴有恶心、呕吐、心下痞或大便稀溏,即伴有"呕、痞、利"等证者,临床多能获效。本文介绍了采用甘草泻心汤治疗失眠、白塞氏病、荨麻疹、痛风性关节炎等内科杂病的经验,拓展了甘草泻心汤的临床应用。
Gancao Xiexin decoction,which comes from treatise on Shang Hanlun and Jinkui Yaolue,is an effective prescription for Zhang Zhongjing’s treatment of diarrhea and Behcet’s syndrome.The author has followed Huang Huang to study the classical prescriptions,often starting from the differentiation of symptoms and signs of physical fitness,for patients with better physical fitness,tongue red fur greasy,eyelid congestion,accompanied by nausea,vomiting,epigastric fullness or loose stool,that is accompanied by“vomiting,ruffiness,profiteering”and other syndromes,clinical multipotency.This paper introduces the experience of using Gancao Xiexin decoction to treat insomnia,Behcet’s syndrome,urticaria,gouty arthritis and other internal diseases,and expands the clinical application of Gancao Xiexin decoction.
