摘要
教师与职业岗位技能相关的技能称之为硬技能,而体现在专业技能之外的职业素质及通用能力则称之为软技能,要做到软技能不软、硬技能过硬,这样才能激发活力、增强动力、挖掘潜力,打造"明师德、乐教学、懂行业、能科研、精技能、通市场"的师资团队。科学编制和实施好教师"软技能"规划的举措和实质是为未来做现在的决策,是好用和实用的行动指南。
Skills relevant to the teachers and the professional skill is called hard skills,and reflected in the professional skills outside call it soft skills and general ability,professional quality to do soft skills not good soft and hard skills,so as to stimulate vitality,enhance motivation,tap potential,to create"Ming ethics,music teaching,understand the industry,to scientific research,the skill,through market"of teachers’team.The perspective and essence of formulating and implementing good teachers&apos";soft skills"plan scientifically is to make current decisions for the future,which is a useful and practical action guide.
