A/O型IMBR工艺对生活污水脱氮除磷除碳的中试研究 被引量:2

Pilot Study on A/O-IMBR Process for Nitrogen,Phosphorus and Carbon Removal of Domestic Wastewater

摘要 采用自制的A/O型一体式膜生物反应器,对生活污水的脱氮除磷除碳进行了中试实验研究。实验结果表明,系统氨氮、总氮和COD的去除率随水利停留时间的增加而增加,HRT从14h增加到17h时,氨氮、总氮和COD的去除率分别从66.58%、63.16%和83.79%,迅速增加到97.74%、72.83%和97.72%,此后再增加HRT时,三者的增加速率减缓。随着HRT的增加,TP的去除先缓慢升高后又下降,HRT升至17h时,TP的去除效率达到最大值,再增大HRT,TP又呈降低趋势。适当增大进水COD/TN的比例,可以获得较理想的脱氮效果;平均进水COD为590mg·L^-1时,TP的去除效果较好,去除率可达到69.97%;膜对TP的去除起到了一定的积极作用,在低有机物负荷时,平均截留率达到了13.37%,进水COD较高时,膜对TP的平均截留率只有5.14%。 A pilot study on nitrogen, phosphorus and carbon removal of domestic wastewater was carried out in a self-made A/O-IMBR. The results showed: the removal rates of ammonia, TN and COD increased with the increase of HRT. When HRT increased from 14 h to 17 h, the removal rates of ammonia, TN and COD increased rapidly from 66.58%, 63.16% and 83.79% to 97.74%, 72.83% and 97.72%, respectively. After that, when HRT was increased again, their increasing rates slowed down. With the increase of HRT, the removal efficiency of TP first increased slowly and then decreased. When HRT increased to 17 h, TP removal efficiency reached the maximum value, and then increased HRT, TP showed a downward trend. An ideal TN removal efficiency could be obtained by properly increasing the ratio of COD/TN in influent. When the average influent COD was 590 mg/L, the highest removal rate of TP was 69.97%. The membrane played a positive role in the removal of TP. The average rejection rate of TP reached 13.37% at low organic load, but only 5.14% when the influent COD was high.
