摘要
浙江省丽水市以全省实施农村饮用水达标提标三年行动计划为契机,就农村饮用水达标提标建设进行了有益探索和实践,截至2020年6月底,全市累计完成1499个项目建设,建成美丽水厂1058座,建成农村饮水安全工程区域水质检测中心8个,3872个工程一改往日村建自管的模式,全部纳入县级统管,实现了农村饮用水工程的长效管理和良性运行。
In 2018,the provincial government implemented a three-year action plan to raise standards for rural drinking water.Exploration and practice on the construction of standard raising for rural drinking water was conducted in Lishui City.By the end of June,2020,a total of 2.03 billion yuan has been invested and 1499 projects were completed.The constructions of 1058 qualified water plants and eight regional water-quality testing centers for rural drinking water were completed,and 3872 projects have been changed from the old model of self-management of villagers to the control of county-level authorities,realizing a long-term management and sound operation of rural drinking water projects.
