摘要
中国新型政党制度是中国特色社会主义制度体系的重要组成部分。作为一种独特的政党制度类型,中国新型政党制度与国家治理现代化具有特殊而重要的关联性。与西方政党制度相比,中国新型政党制度与国家治理的契合性以及治理的比较优势体现在治理的目标优势、治理的结构优势、治理的民主优势、治理的绩效优势等诸多方面。这些治理优势显示了中国新型政党制度对西方政党制度在理论与实践上的超越,并在全球治理中彰显中国新型政党制度的优越性。
The new political party system in China is an important part of the socialist system with Chinese characteristics.As a unique type for political party system,China′s new party system has a special and important relationship with the modernization of national governance.Compared with the western party system,the compatibility of the new party system with the state governance and the comparative advantage of governance are reflected in the objective advantage of governance,the structural advantage of governance,the democratic advantage of governance,the performance advantage of governance and so on.These governance advantages show that China′s new party system transcends the western party system in theory and practice,and demonstrates the superiority of China′s new party system in global governance.
