摘要
目的观察补肾化浊方联合炔雌醇环丙孕酮片治疗多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)肾虚痰湿证患者的临床疗效。方法将70例PCOS肾虚痰湿证患者按照随机数字表法分为2组。对照组35例采用炔雌醇环丙孕酮片治疗,治疗组35例在对照组治疗基础上联合补肾化浊方治疗。2组疗程均为3个月经周期。治疗前后比较血清性激素指标[睾酮(T)、雌二醇(E2)、黄体生成激素(LH)/卵泡刺激素(FSH)]、甘油三酯(TG)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)水平及双侧卵巢体积和卵泡数,并统计2组疗效。结果治疗组总有效率91. 43%(32/35),对照组总有效率71. 43%(25/35),治疗组疗效优于对照组(P <0. 05)。治疗后治疗组T、LH/FSH水平均较本组治疗前降低(P <0. 05),E2水平升高(P <0. 05),且治疗后治疗组T、LH/FSH水平均低于对照组(P <0. 05),E2水平高于对照组(P <0. 05)。治疗后治疗组TG、FINS水平均较本组治疗前降低(P <0. 05),且治疗后治疗组均低于对照组(P <0. 05)。治疗后治疗组双侧卵巢体积均较本组治疗前减小(P <0. 05),双侧卵巢卵泡数均降低(P <0. 05),且治疗后治疗组双侧卵巢体积均小于对照组(P <0. 05),双侧卵巢卵泡数均低于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论补肾化浊方联合炔雌醇环丙孕酮片治疗PCOS肾虚痰湿证患者疗效确切,可改善性激素水平,降低TG、FINS水平,减小卵巢体积,减少卵泡数,为PCOS的临床治疗提供新的思路。
Objective To observe the clinical effects of Bushen Huazhuo formula(BHF)combined with ethinylestradiol cyproterone acetate tablets(ECAT)treating polycystic ovarian syndrome(PCOS)with kidney deficiency and phlegm-dampness pattern.Methods Seventy PCOS patients with kidney deficiency and phlegm-dampness pattern were divided according to the random number table into the control group(n=35)with ECAT and the treatment group(n=35)with BHF based on the treatment of the control group.The treatment period in both groups was 3 menstrual cycles.The levels of serum sex hormone indexes[testosterone(T),estrogen(E 2),luteinizing hormone(LH)/follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH)],triglyceride(TG),and fasting insulin(FINS)as well as the bilateral ovarian volume and follicular numbers were compared before and after treatment.And the clinical effect in the two groups was evaluated.Results The clinical effect in the treatment group[total effective rate of 91.43%(32/35)]was higher than that of the control group[total effective rate of 71.43%(25/35)](P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of T,LH/FSH,TG and FINS as well as the bilateral ovarian volume and follicular numbers in the treatment group were lower than those before the treatment(P<0.05),while the level of E 2 was higher(P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of T,LH/FSH,TG and FINS as well as the bilateral ovarian volume and follicular numbers in the treatment group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),while the level of E 2 was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion BHF combined with ECAT treating POCS patients with kidney deficiency and phlegm-dampness pattern has a definite therapeutic effect,which can improve sex hormone levels,lower levels of TG and FINS,and reduce ovarian volume and follicular numbers.It provides a new idea for the clinical treatment of PCOS and has an important research significance.
