不同种植体上部结构对犬牙龈组织的影响

Effect of Different Implant Superstructure on Canine Gingival Tissue

摘要 目的比较种植体上部结构中镍铬合金和钴铬合金两种非贵金属烤瓷修复体对犬牙龈组织NF-κB及TNF-α表达的影响。方法将12只健康犬以镍铬合金和钴铬合金两种PFM进行修复,分别于修复后的3、6和12个月各处死4只,取全冠区域牙龈组织做冰冻切片,通过光学显微镜观察牙龈组织的结构,用Western blot法检测NF-κB及TNF-α在牙龈组织中的表达,进行统计学分析。结果PFM修复3个月后,两侧牙龈组织NF-κB及TNF-α的表达有差异(P<0.05),PFM修复6个月后,镍铬合金组的表达率高于钴铬合金组(P<0.01)。PFM修复12个月后,镍铬合金组的表达率显著高于钴铬合金组(P<0.01)。结论镍铬合金对犬牙龈组织影响较大,钴铬合金对犬牙龈组织影响相对较小。临床上选择钴铬合金作为修复体更有利于牙龈组织的健康。 Objective To compare the effect of two kinds of porcelain fused to metals(PFM),including Ni-Cr alloy and Co-Cr alloy,in implant superstructure on the expression of NF-κB and TNF-αin canine gingival tissue.Methods Twelve healthy dogs were repaired with two kinds of PFM,including Ni-Cr alloy and Co-Cr alloy,four of which were killed 3 months,6 months and 12 months respectively after repair.The gingival tissue in the whole crown area was taken for frozen section.The structure of gingival tissue was observed by optical microscope.The expression of NF-κB and TNF-αin gingival tissue was detected by Western blot for statistical analysis.Results After 3 months of repair with PFM,there was statistically significant difference between the expression of NF-κB and that of TNF-αin bilateral gingival tissue(P<0.05).After 6 months of repair with PFM,the expression rate of Ni-Cr alloy group was higher than that of Co-Cr alloy group(P<0.01).After 12 months of repair with PFM,the expression rate of Ni-Cr alloy group was significantly higher than that of Co-Cr alloy group(P<0.01).Conclusion Ni-Cr alloy has a great effect on canine gingival tissue,while Co-Cr alloy has relatively little effect on canine gingival tissue.Clinically,Co-Cr alloy selected as PFM is more beneficial to the health of gingival tissue.
