摘要
在国家经济转型升级的关键期,矿业类专业面临升级改造,基于专业发展特点和学校定位,分析了枣庄学院矿物加工工程专业人才培养模式中存在的问题,如培养模式单一、专题讲座较少、实验项目安排不合理、实习基地建设薄弱、毕业设计题目陈旧等,从交叉课程的开设、分类讲座的举办、实验项目的设置、实习基地的建设、毕业设计的监管等方面提出了改革措施。
In the key period of national economic transformation and upgrading,mining majors also need to be upgraded and reconstructed. Based on the development characteristics ofthe major and university orientation,the problems existing in the training mode of mineral processing engineering talents in Zaozhuang University are analyzed,such as single talent training mode,fewer lectures,unreasonable arrangement of experimental courses,insufficient practice bases and trite graduation design topics. A series of reform measures are put forward,including establishing cross courses,holding classified lectures,setting experimental projects,constructing practice bases,and strengthening the supervision of graduation theses.
