摘要
目的探讨利用微信群向患者直接提供用药咨询的服务模式,了解患者用药咨询的内容特点,以促进药师药学服务能力的提高。方法由药学部建立用药咨询群,由一线药师进行即时答疑,二线药师后台辅助一线药师,由专人收集微信用药咨询群2018年4月1日~2019年11月30日的278例原始用药咨询记录,设计表格进行统计分析。结果咨询所涉及的对象多为婴幼儿,占总咨询总例数的78.06%,哺乳期、妊娠期妇女用药次之。咨询内容中,“疾病、症状询问”占比最高,第二是“用法用量”,第三是“适应证”。咨询药物类别中以中成药类例数占比最高,其次为解热镇痛药,第三是抗菌药物。结论药师基本能够应用微信用药咨询群开展药学咨询服务,为今后提高药学服务质量和药学服务模式提供新思路。
Objective To investigate the service mode of providing medication consultation directly to patients by using WeChat group,and to understand the content and features of medication consultation of patients,so as to promote the improvement of pharmacists'pharmaceutical service ability.Methods A medication consultation group was established by the department of pharmacy.Meanwhile,first-line pharmacists answered questions immediately,and second-line pharmacists assisted first-line pharmacists in the backstage.278 original medication consultation records of WeChat medication consultation group from April 1,2018 to November 30,2019 were collected by specially assigned personnel,and tables for statistical analysis were designed.Results Most of the subjects involved in the consultation were infants,accounting for 78.06%of the total consultation cases,followed by lactation and pregnant women.Among the consultation contents,"inquiry about diseases and symptoms"accounted for the highest proportion,followed by"usage and dosage"and the third was"indications".Among the consultation drugs,Chinese patent medicines accounted for the highest proportion,followed by antipyretic analgesics,and the third was antibacterial drugs.Conclusion Pharmacists can basically use WeChat medication consultation group to carry out pharmaceutical consultation service,which provides new ideas for improving the quality and mode of pharmaceutical service in the future.
