摘要
产业联动发展是实现区域经济一体化的重要动力和现实要求。长三角地区作为我国东部沿海重要的产业集聚区,其内部各城市之间的产业联动发展对区域综合竞争力的提升及一体化网络的形成具有重要意义。作为长三角北翼重要的沿海城市,盐城市已经在资源互补、区际联系、产业关联和政策对接等方面与长三角中心城市上海市之间建立了紧密联系,并形成了以南北共建园区为主要载体、以垂直分工与水平分工融合为主要方式、以市场与创新双向协同为主要目标的产业联动模式,探索统筹规划产业联动发展平台、优化产业联动发展机制、推进产业园区专业化分工与协作、完善基础设施配套建设应作为深化盐沪产业联动发展的主要路径。
Industrial linkage is an important driving force and requirement for regional economic integration.The Yangtze River Delta is an important industrial agglomeration area in the east coast of China.The industrial linkage among the cities in the Yangtze River Delta is of great significance to the promotion of regional comprehensive competitiveness and the formation of integrated network.As an important coastal city in the north of the Yangtze River Delta,Yancheng has established close ties with Shanghai in terms of complementary resources,interregional links,industrial linkages and policy alignment.In addition,it has formed an industrial linkage mode with the co-construction of industrial parks as the main task,the integration of vertical and horizontal division of labor as the main approach,and the two-way coordination of market and innovation as the main goal.We should explore the overall planning of the industrial linkage development platform,optimizing the industrial linkage system,promoting the specialized division of labor and cooperation of the industrial parks,and improving the infrastructure construction,which should be the main path to deepen the industrial linkage of Yancheng and Shanghai.
