摘要
分析了线上线下混合教学的误区和重点,并结合具体实例介绍了食品分析实验教学的设计与应用。采用问卷调查法对教学效果进行评价。结果表明:线上线下混合教学模式对实验教学具有显著的促进作用。采用这种教学模式,激发了学生的学习主动性,培养了学生的自主探究能力,实验学习效果显著提高。
This paper analyzes the misunderstanding and key points of online and offline mixed teaching,and introduces the design and application of food analysis experimental teaching with specific examples.The teaching effect was evaluated by questionnaire.The results show that the online and offline hybrid teaching mode has a significant role in promoting the experimental teaching.Using this teaching mode,students'learning initiative is stimulated,and the ability of independent inquiry is also well developed,and the learning effect of the experiment is significantly improved.
