应用门诊满意度测评对提高护理质量的干预研究 被引量:1

Intervention study on the application of outpatient satisfaction evaluation in improving nursing quality

摘要 目的应用门诊满意度测评对门诊患者进行干预,观察其实施效果,并分析对提升护理质量的影响。方法选取2017年1月—2019年1月本院收治的1300例门诊患者作为研究对象,采用随机数表法随机分为常规组和实验组两组,每组650例。常规组采用传统护理模式护理,实验组在护理中将门诊满意度测评量表整合其中,比较两组患者的护理服务质量。结果实验组护理满意度为95.1%,高于常规组的89.1%,且护理差错发生率位2.2%,低于常规组的6.8%,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。实验组护理质量评分高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在门诊护理中积极推行满意度测评量表,能了解患者的主观需求,进而提高门诊护理服务的有效性、针对性,全面提升护理服务质量。 Objective To apply outpatient satisfaction assessment on patients from department of outpatients,and to observe its application effect and analyze it influence on improving nursing qualityMethods 1300 outpatients those visit the second affiliated hospital of Medical college of Shantou University were from January in 2017 to January in 2019selected in the study,they were divided into routine group and experimental group randomly according to random number method.The routine group adopted the traditional nursing mode.The experimental group integrated the outpatient satisfaction scale in nursing and compared the quality of nursing service between two groups.Results The rate of nursing satisfaction in the experimental groupwas 95.1%,which was significantly higher than 89.1%of the control group;The rate of nursing errors in experimental group(2.15%)was statistically significant than that of the control group(6.77%),the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of nursing quality in the experimental group was higher than that the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions In outpatient nursing,we should actively carry out the satisfaction measurement scale,which could perceive the subjective needs of patients,ensure the effectiveness and pertinence of outpatient nursing service,and comprehensively improve the quality of nursing service.
