适用于无线电能传输线圈的仿真与设计教学方法 被引量:4

摘要 随着科技的发展和社会的进步,无线电能传输技术开始走进并逐渐改善人们的生活,符合新时代人们对于供电的智能性和便捷性的要求。而线圈是无线电能传输装置必不可少的一部分,线圈设计将直接影响无线电能传输装置的性能。该文结合当下开展的无线电能传输课程,给出了一种适用于无线电能传输线圈仿真与设计的教学方法。首先给出了线圈的理论值计算公式;利用Ansoft Maxwell软件对线圈进行电磁仿真,验证了理论公式的正确性,并探究了线圈电气参数与物理参数之间的相关性;然后将仿真设计好的线圈带入PSIM软件进行电路仿真,证明线圈设计满足系统要求;最后制作可任意调节线圈自感的实际线圈,证明了线圈仿真设计正确无误。整个设计流程为无线电能传输装置的整体设计奠定了基础,为无线电能传输课程的教学提供了很大的帮助。 With the development of technology and the progress of society,wireless power transfer technology began to enter and gradually improve people’s lives in line with people’s requirements for the intelligence and convenience of power supply in the new era.The coil is an essential part of the wireless power transfer device.The design of the coil directly affects the performance of the wireless power transfer device.In this paper,a teaching method suitable for the simulation and design of wireless power transfer coil is presented on the basis of the current wireless power transfer course.Firstly,the theoretical calculation formula of the coil is given.Ansoft Maxwell software is used to conduct the electromagnetic simulation on the coil to verify the correctness of the theoretical formula and explore the correlation between the coil electrical parameters and physical parameters.Then the simulated coil is brought into the PSIM software for circuit simulation,which proves that the coil design meets the system requirements.Finally,an actual coil with adjustable coil self-induction is fabricated,which proves that the coil simulation design is correct.The whole design process has laid the foundation for the whole design of wireless power transfer device and played a great role in the teaching of wireless power transfer course.
