摘要
以香合欢(Albizia odoratissima)3个不同种源1年生幼苗为材料,采用方差分析、相关性分析和逐步回归分析方法,分析幼苗生长差异,探索影响其生长差异的关键因素,以期为培育优质香合欢苗木和选择优良种源提供参考依据。结果表明:不同种源幼苗的株高和地径生长存在显著差异;生长高峰期均在7月中旬至8月,地径生长出现2次高峰期,分别在7月和9月;株高以海南三亚种源最优,地径以广西乐业种源最优;种源间株高和地径的变异大于种源内变异,种源内以云南西双版纳种源变异系数最大;相关性分析表明,株高与纬度、种子千粒重、种子长度和种子宽度呈极显著负相关,地径与纬度、种子长度和种子宽度呈极显著正相关;逐步回归分析表明,纬度对株高和地径的影响最为显著。
Seeds of 3 different provenances of Albizia odoratissima were collected for germination,and their seedling growth was measured.The growth differences of the seedlings were analyzed by using variance analysis,correlation analysis and stepwise regression analysis methods,and the key factors that cause their growth differences were discussed in order to produce high-quality seedlings of A.odoratissima and select good provenances for propagation.The results showed that there were significant differences in plant height and ground diameter growth of the seedlings between different provenances.All the seedlings had a peak growth in mid-July and August,and the ground diameter growth had two peaks of growth,in July and September.The provenance in Sanya,Hainan was the best,and the provenance in Leye,Guangxi had the best ground diameter.The seedlings had a higher interprovenance than intraprovenance variation in plant height and ground diameter.The provenance in Xishuangbanna,Yunnan had the highest variation coefficient.The correlation analysis showed that the plant height was highly significantly negatively correlated with latitude,seed thousand-grain weight,seed length and seed width while the ground diameter was highly significantly positively correlated with latitude,seed length and seed width.The stepwise regression analysis showed that latitude had the most significant effect on plant height and ground diameter.
