摘要
目的探讨益气扶阳方对高尿酸血症(HUA)大鼠的干预作用,为HUA的中医药治疗提供实验依据。方法将36只SD大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、别嘌醇组及益气扶阳方低、中、高剂量组(1.2、2.4、4.8 g/kg)。除正常组外,均用腺嘌呤+乙胺丁醇灌胃给药制备HUA模型,3周后通过表征观察、血尿酸(UA)、肌酐(CRE)、尿素氮(BUN)测定、肾脏组织病理学观察来进行药效学评价。结果与正常组比较,模型组UA、CRE、BUN水平均升高(P<0.05或P<0.01);与模型组比较,益气扶阳方低、中、高剂量组和别嘌醇组UA水平显著降低(P<0.01),益气扶阳方中剂量组CRE、BUN水平较显著降低(P<0.01);与别嘌醇组相比,益气扶阳方中剂量组CRE、BUN水平降低(P<0.05)。结论益气扶阳方可降低HUA大鼠尿酸水平,同时对大鼠肾功能有保护作用。
Objective:To explore the intervention effect of Yiqi Fuyang Decoction on rats with hyperuricemia(HUA),and to provide experimental basis for the treatment of HUA with traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:36 SD rats were randomly divided into the normal group,model group,allopurinol group,and Yiqi Fuyang Decoction low,medium,and high dose group(respectively given 1.2,2.4,4.8 g/kg).Except for the normal group,rats were given intragastric administration of adenine+ethambutol to establish the HUA model.After 3 weeks,the level of blood uric acid(UA),creatinine(CRE),and urea nitrogen(BUN)were detected.Histopathological observation was used for pharmacodynamic evaluation.Results:Compared with the normal group,the UA,CRE,and BUN levels in the model group were increased(P<0.05 or P<0.01);compared with the model group,the UA levels in the low,medium and high dose groups of Yiqi Fuyang Decoction and the allopurinol group were significantly reduced(P<0.01),the CRE and BUN levels in the Yiqi Fuyang Decoction medium dose group were significantly decreased(P<0.01);compared with the allopurinol group,the BUN and CRE level in the Yiqi Fuyang Decoction medium dose group decreased(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yiqi Fuyang Decoction can not only reduce the level of uric acid in rats with HUA,but also protect the renal function of HUA rats.
