过共晶铝硅合金的磷锶复合变质 被引量:5

P-Sr composite modification of hypereutectic Al-Si alloy

摘要 利用金相显微镜、扫描电镜和X-射线,研究了P、Sr、P+Sr变质对Al-25%Si的影响,考察了变质剂的加入顺序、加入量,结果表明:P对初晶硅有很好的变质效果,对共晶硅没有变质作用;Sr对共晶硅变质效果好,对初晶硅变质效果不明显;P+Sr复合变质时,先加Sr后加P,Sr加入量为0.8%,P加入量为1.0%时,合金组织中初晶硅和共晶硅细化效果良好;先加P后加Sr,Sr加入量为0.5%,P加入量为1.0%时,合金组织中初晶硅为55μm,共晶硅为短棒状。 By use of metallographic microscope,scanning electron microscope and X-ray,the effect of P,Sr,P+Sr modification on Al-25%Si has been studied,and the order&amount of modification agent added have been investigated.The results showed that:P has a good modification effect on primary silicon and has no modification effect on eutectic silicon;Sr has a good modification effect on eutectic silicon,but has no obvious modification effect on primary silicon;when P+Sr is compounded,by adding Sr first by 0.8%adding amount and then P by 1.0%adding amount,the primary crystal silicon and eutectic silicon in the alloy structure are finely refined;by adding P first by 1.0%adding amount and then adding Sr by 0.5%adding amount,the primary crystal silicon in the alloy structure is 55μm,and the eutectic silicon is short rod-shaped.
