摘要
随着互联网、大数据、人工智能等新一代信息技术的应用,新制造、新零售等模式频现,对新商科教育提出了新的挑战。根据新商科人才培养的现状,在分析了新商业背景下新商科人才培养新要求的基础上,提出了构建复合型人才培养体系、重视创新创业教育、推动产教融合发展等新商科人才培养的对策,以期为高校培养满足企业需求的新商科人才提供参考和指导。
With the application of Internet,big data,artificial intelligence and other new generation of information technology,new manufacturing,new retail and other modes appear frequently,which pose new challenges to new business education.According to the current situation of new business talents training,on the basis of analyzing the new requirements of new business talents training under the background of new business,this paper puts forward some countermeasures of new business talents training,such as constructing compound talents training system,paying attention to innovation and entrepreneurship education,and promoting the integration of industry and education,so as to provide reference and guidance for colleges and universities to cultivate new business talents meeting the needs of enterprises.
