变压器拉带屏蔽罩引发的故障分析处理 被引量:4

摘要 介绍了一起500 kV变压器运行中由于铁轭拉带端部屏蔽罩与分接开关导线夹固定板虚接引发的变压器故障情况,并根据变压器油中各特征气体含量、局部放电试验结果、冲击电压波形、压力突变保护动作时间等数据进行了详细的故障原因分析。分析结果表明,利用气体保护动作持续时间结合三比值法进行此类故障性质判断,提高了判断的准确性。故障原因表明加强此类变压器的工艺控制和监造把关十分重要。 A 500 kV transformer fault caused by the virtual connection between the end part shield cover of iron core pullingbelt and the clamp fixed plate of the tap switch conductor was introduced in this paper.According to the data of characteristic gas content in transformer oil,partial discharge test results,impulse voltage waveform and pressure sudden change protection action time,the fault causes were analyzed in detail.The analysis results show that using the duration of gas protection action combined with three ratios method to judge the nature of such faults improves the accuracy of judgment.The fault causes show that it is very important to strengthen the process control and supervision of this type of transformers.
