摘要 为了有效实施数控机床加工远程监控,并准确识别机床运行状态,开发了一套机床加工远程监控系统。该系统从数据采集、数据传输到Web远程用户界面都基于LabVIEW编程,用户无需使用或安装程序即可在任何Web浏览器浏览监控数据及机床运行状态。试验结果表明,该系统可对数控机床的各种运行状态实现可靠的监控。 In order to effectively implement remote monitoring of CNC machine tool processing and accurately identify the operating status of the machine tool,a remote monitoring system for machine tool processing was developed.Data acquisition,data transmission and Web remote user interface of this system are all based on LabVIEW programming,so users can browse the monitoring data and machine tool running status in any Web browser with no need to use or install programs.The test results show that the system can achieve reliable monitoring of various operating states of CNC machine tools.
