摘要
酒的饮用舒适度是人体对所饮用酒的最直接最亲身的体验表现,它最真切的反映了酒的质量好坏。该文通过文献调研、报刊资料查阅、专家学者访研等途径对白酒舒适度研究的进展进行综合论述,并尝试对研究现状和发展趋势进行分析,旨在为指导大健康发展背景下的白酒质量提升及一带一路下的我国白酒国际化实践提供参考。
The drinking comfortableness of alcoholic drink is the most direct and true experience of the human body during drinking,and it most truly reflects the quality of alcoholic drink.In this paper,the research progress on drinking comfortableness of Baijiu(Chinese liquor)was comprehensively discussed by researching documentation,reading press and literature,and visiting experts and scholars.The research status and development trend were tried to analysis,aiming to provide a reference for guiding the Baijiu quality improvement under the background of great health development and promoting the internationalization of Baijiu under the Belt and Road Initiative.
