摘要
提出一种用稀硫酸浸泡法对CHN元素分析仪还原管进行回收并增强还原能力的方法。线状铜回收率达(47.9±2.8)%。此外,回收线状铜的比表面积增大,有利于提升还原能力。将回收还原管用于药品甲硝唑的测定,其C、H、N质量百分含量的测定值与理论值偏差均在0.11%以内,表明仪器性能优良,特别是氮元素的准确度高。此回收方法简单、成本低、不依赖其它大型仪器、可普及度高,对降低仪器运行成本、提升测定高氮样品氮元素的准确度有重要意义。
This study proposes a method of recycling the reduction tube of elemental CHN analyzer by soaking in dilute sulfuric acid.The recovery of the copper wire is 47.9%±2.8%.The scan electronic microscope(SEM)data highlights that the larger the surface area of the recycled copper wire,the better its reducing capacity is.Determination results of metronidazole with the recycled reduction tube indicate that the performance of the apparatus is good,especially the determination accuracy of nitrogen is high.This method has the advantages of easy operation and low cost,and is very important to improve the detection accuracy of nitrogen element.
