摘要
建立了同时测定合成革中甲酰胺、N-甲基甲酰胺、N-甲基乙酰胺、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺、N,N-二甲基乙酰胺5种酰胺类有机溶剂残留的气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)分析方法。样品经甲醇超声提取、浓缩定容后采用气相色谱进行分离,采用选择离子扫描采集数据,外标法定量。结果表明,5种酰胺类物质可以完全分离,线性相关系数r 2均大于0.9995,定量限为0.20~0.95 mg/kg,加标回收率为86.6%~97.1%,相对标准偏差RSD(n=6)为2.2%~8.4%。该方法可应用于实验室合成革样品中5种酰胺类有机溶剂残留的同时测定方法。
The five residual amides,including formamide,methyl formamide,N-methylacetamide,N,N-dimethylformamide and N,N-dimethylacetamide,in synthetic leather were ultrasonically extracted with methanol,and analyzed by GC-MS.The concentration of each residual amide was calibrated by the external standard method.The results indicated that the calibration curves of the five residual amides showed good linear relationships,the correlation coefficients(r 2)was greater than 0.9995.The limits of quantitation were 0.20-0.95 mg/kg.The recoveries ranged from 86.6%to 97.1%,and the relative standard deviation,RSD(n=6)was in the range of 2.2%-8.4%.This method was successfully applied in determination of the five residual amides in synthetic leather.
