摘要
目的探讨循证护理在老年髋部脆性骨折患者坠积性肺炎护理中的应用效果。方法选取2018年5月-2019年5月入住我院的130例老年脆性骨折行股骨头置换术的患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和研究组。对照组实行常规护理,研究组实行循证护理,比较2组血清炎症因子水平、坠积性肺炎的发生率及住院时间。结果干预后,研究组血清炎症因子水平低于对照组(P<0.05),研究组坠积性肺炎发生率低于对照组(χ^2=4.368,P=0.037),住院时间显著短于对照组(t=1.172,P<0.001)。结论循证护理能够加速老年髋部脆性骨折患者康复,预防和降低坠积性肺炎的发生。
Objective To explore the construction and clinical effect of evidence-based nursing model for prevention of hypostatic pneumonia in elderly patients with hip fragile fracture.Methods Totally 130 elderly patients with fragile fracture and undergoing femoral head replacement between May 2018 and May 2019 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and a research group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the research group was given evidence-based nursing.The incidence of hypostatic pneumonia,the level of serum inflammatory factors and hospitalization time were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the level of serum inflammatory factors and incidence of hypostatic pneumonia of the research group were significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),while the hospitalization stay of the former was significantly shorter than the latter(t=1.172,P<0.001).Conclusion Evidence-based nursing can accelerate the rehabilitation of elderly patients with hip fragile fracture,prevent and lower the occurrence of hypoplastic pneumonia.
