摘要
光子晶体是一种具有光子带隙特性的人造周期性微纳结构,可以应用于仿生彩色涂层领域,为家具等赋予丰富的结构色。为了更加有效地调控结构色,以SiO2微球构筑光子晶体薄膜,系统讨论了氨水、正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)含量和反应温度对SiO2微球粒径的影响规律和机理;采用提拉法、重力沉积法、垂直沉积法、旋涂法4种自组装方法制备光子晶体薄膜,分析比较其优劣,并研究了旋涂次数对结构色的影响。结果表明:TEOS含量和反应温度的增加,会导致SiO2粒径增大;氨水含量的增加,会导致SiO2粒径先增大后减小。通过综合对比发现,旋涂法相较于提拉法、重力沉积法和垂直沉积法制备周期短、操作方便,可快速获得各向同色的非晶光子晶体,且薄膜质量和显色能力均优良。颜色特征值和紫外可见光谱表明,随着旋涂次数的增加,薄膜结构色的饱和度和明度均增加,但旋涂次数过多会导致薄膜内部缺陷增多而使结构色泛白,当旋涂25次时,样品具有相对更好的色度、明度和饱和度。
Photonic crystal(PC)is a kind of artificial periodic micro⁃nano structure with special photonic band gap(PBG),which can offset the incident microwaves of specific frequency because of the Bragg diffraction and interrupt the diffusion of inner microwaves over the PCs.The photonic crystal is potentially used in the field of bionic color coatings and can endow furniture with rich structural colors.In order to regulate the structural color more effectively,photonic crystal films were constructed by silicon dioxide(SiO2)microspheres in this study.The effects of some im⁃portant experimental conditions,including the ammonia concentration,tetraethoxysilane(TEOS)concentration,and reaction temperature,on the particle size of SiO2 microspheres were systematically discussed.Then,four kinds of self⁃assembly methods of the lifting method,gravity deposition method,vertical deposition method and spin coating meth⁃od were used to prepare SiO2 photonic crystal thin films.Their advantages and disadvantages were compared,and the effect of spin coating times on the structural color was studied as well.The results showed that the increase of TEOS concentration and reaction temperature would lead to the augment of SiO2 particle size.While with the increase of am⁃monia concentration,the particle size of SiO2 would firstly increase and then decrease.Changing the reaction tempera⁃ture was the most effective way to control the size of SiO2 colloidal particles,but the effect on the monodispersal of particles should also be considered.Through the comprehensive comparison of the four kinds of self⁃assembly meth⁃ods,it was found that,compared with the lifting method,gravity deposition method and vertical deposition method,the spin⁃coating method exhibited a short preparation cycle and convenient operation,and can produce the amorphous photonic crystal quickly with excellent film quality and isotropic structural color.The changes of color eigenvalue and UV⁃visible spectrum illustrated that the structural color saturation and brightness of coatings increased with the number of spin⁃coating times.However,too many spin⁃coating times would lead to the increase of defects in the internal structure of the coatings and therefore make the structural color faded.When the spin painting was completed for 25 times,the SiO2 film exhibited a relatively better chroma,brightness and saturation performance.
