摘要
通过对耦合电容器引流线夹断口的宏观检查、微观形貌分析,显微组织、力学性能和化学成分等方面检测,分析了某110 kV变电站耦合电容器引流线夹断裂失效的原因。结果表明,断裂线夹螺栓开孔边缘处的整圈加工褶皱是线夹开裂的主要原因,材料微观金相组织缺陷及超标铸造气孔缺陷是断裂的次要原因。
Through macroscopic inspection,microscopic morphology analysis,microstructure,mechanical properties and chemical composition of the fracture of the coupling capacitor drain clamp,the reasons for the failure of the coupling capacitor clamp fracture in a 110 kV substation are analyzed.The results show that the whole circle of wrinkles at the edge of the bolt hole of the broken clamp is the main reason for the crack of the clamp,and the defects of the micro-metallographic structure of the material and the defects of excessive casting porosity are the secondary reasons for the fracture.
