摘要
[目的]总结当前姬松茸育种研究成果,为优良姬松茸品种选育和产业发展提供借鉴。[方法]通过文献检索,从物理诱变育种、化学诱变育种、杂交育种、组织和单孢分离等方面综述了姬松茸育种的研究进展。[结果]物理诱变易获得高产、营养丰富、次级代谢产物含量高和重金属含量低的改良种,是常用的姬松茸育种方法。化学诱变虽然能够有效提高多糖产量,但化学诱变剂多属于有毒物质,在育种中应用较少。姬松茸种质资源匮乏,限制了传统杂交育种及组织和单孢分离的应用。[结论]目前姬松茸育种工作存在育种技术单一、工作量大等问题,建议加快构建有效的遗传转化体系,加强定向改良育种的应用和多种育种技术的融合,建立优质种质资源库,促进种质资源共享和流通,多方面推动优良菌种的选育。
[Purpose]To summarize current research findings on Agaricus brasiliensis breeding,and to provide reference for the breeding and industrial development of A.brasiliensis in the future.[Method]Through literature search,the research progress of A.brasiliensis breeding was reviewed from aspects of physical mutagenesis breeding,chemical mutagenesis breeding,hybrid breeding,and tissue and single-spore separation.[Result]Physical mutagenesis is the common breeding method for A.brasiliensis as it is easy to obtain the improved species with high yield,rich nutrition,high contents of secondary metabolites,and low contents of heavy metals.Although chemical mutagenesis can effectively increase the yield of polysaccharides,chemical mutagens are mostly toxic and are rarely used in A.brasiliensis breeding.The scarcity of germplasm resources of A.brasiliensis has limited the application of traditional cross breeding,and tissue and singpore separation.[Conclusion]At present,there are some limitations in A.brasiliensis breeding,such as single breeding technology and heavy workload.It is recommended to not only accelerate the construction of an effective genetic transformation system for A.brasiliensis,strengthen the application of targeted improvement breeding and the integration of multiple breeding technologies,but also to establish a high-quality germplasm resource bank for A.brasiliensis and to promote resource sharing and circulation.In this way,the selection and breeding of ideal strains of mushrooms and their full utilization can be accelerated.
