摘要
巴基斯坦SK水电站被誉为"一带一路"上的"明珠"。该工程工期紧,地质条件复杂,设计变更频繁,项目履约难度非常大。为了确保履约,该项目始终秉承"设计为龙头,技术先行"的理念,推进了"大技术"管理工作。文章通过对该工程的调研,梳理了其大技术管理的经验,具体总结了其实施的背景、实施要点、获得的实效等,阐述了EPC项目中大技术管理的重要作用。旨在为今后其他的工程管理提供借鉴与参考。
The SK HydraulicPower StationProject(short for"SK Project"hereinafter)is extolled as"Bright Pearl"in the Belt and Road.SK Project is a project of short-termconstruction,complex geological conditions,frequent design changes,hence the difficulty in project performance.In order to ensure compliance,the project has always adhered to the"design oriented,technology first",so as to promote the"major technology"management.Based on the investigation of the project,this papertraces the experience of its"major technology"management,summarizes the background of its implementation,the main points of management,the actual results obtained,and expounds the important role of technology management in EPC project.The aim is to provide reference for other engineering management in the future.
