摘要
目的探讨临床护理路径在急性脑梗死溶栓患者中的应用效果。方法选取我院2017年4月至2019年2月收治的72例急性脑梗死患者作为研究对象,根据护理方法的不同分为观察组(采用临床护理路径)和对照组(采用常规护理),各36例。观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果与护理前相比,护理后两组患者的Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分量表(FMA)评分明显提升(P<0.05),美国国立卫生院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分显著降低(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,观察组患者的预后良好率(91.67%vs 72.22%)、FMA评分[(68.27±5.34)分vs.(59.32±4.91)分]相对更高(P<0.05),而并发症发生率(8.33%vs.30.56%)、复发率(5.56%vs.27.78%)以及NIHSS评分[(13.11±2.06)分vs.(18.02±3.54)分]相对更低(P<0.05)。结论在急性脑梗死溶栓患者中应用临床护理路径,能够有效提高疾病的治疗效果,减少病情复发或并发症对于患者康复进程的干扰。
Objective To investigate the effect of clinical nursing pathway in acute cerebral infarction patients with thrombolysis.Methods A total of 72 cases of acute cerebral infarction patients admitted to our hospital from April 2017 to February 2019 were selected as the research object.According to the different nursing methods,they were divided into observation group(using clinical nursing path)and control group(using routine nursing),36 cases in each group.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was observed.Results After nursing,Fugl-Meyer motor function scale(FMA)score was significantly increased(P<0.05),and National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score was significantly decreased(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,good prognosis rate(91.67%vs.72.22%),FMA score[(68.27±5.34)vs.(59.32±4.91)]were higher in the observation group(P<0.05),and complication rate(8.33%vs.30.56%),recurrence rate(5.56%vs.27.78%),and NIHSS score[(13.11±2.06)vs.(18.02±3.54)]were lower in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of clinical nursing path in patients with acute cerebral infarction thrombolysis can effectively improve the treatment effect of the disease,and reduce the interference of disease recurrence or complications on the rehabilitation process of patients.
