摘要
光皮梾木是一种重要的木本油料植物,果肉和种仁含油丰富,若推广种植,可大力促进社会经济和林业资源的可持续发展。本研究尝试将亚临界丁烷技术应用于光皮梾木油的制备,通过单因素实验和响应面实验对该工艺进行了考察和优化。结果表明:通过拟合得到二次回归方程模型,该模型极显著(P<0.0001)、模拟失拟项不显著(P>0.5590)、模型的决定系数(R^2=0.98)、调整确定系数(Radj^2=0.95),该模型拟合度较好;实验获得的优化工艺为:萃取温度(A)为36.0℃,液料比(B)为1∶7.33,萃取时间(C)为76 min,在优化条件下实际测定的光皮梾木油的萃取率为95.03%,与预测值(95.18%)接近。因此,本研究可为亚临界丁烷工艺在光皮梾木制油领域的推广应用提供一定的技术支撑。
Swida wilsoniana is a kind of important woody oil plants with rich pulp and seeds oil.If well cultivated,Swida wilsoniana would be able to promote the sustainable development of social economy and forestry resources.This study attempted to subcritical butane application Swida wilsoniana fruit oil preparation technology through the single factor experiment and response surface experiments on this process that had been investigated and optimized.The results showed that the quadratic regression equation model obtained by fitting was statistically significant(P<0.0001),featuring lack of fit(P>0.5590),model's determination coefficient(R^2=0.98),and adjusted determination coefficient(Radj^2=0.95).Experiment to obtain the optimization of the process was:the extraction temperature(A)is 36.0℃,liquid-solid ratio(B)1∶7.33,extraction time(C)for 76 min,under the condition of optimizing the Swida wilsoniana fruit oil extraction rate was 95.03%,and predictive value(95.18%).Therefore,this research was proven to be able to provide the subcritical butane technology popularization and application in the field of Swida wilsoniana fruit oil provide certain technical support.
