摘要
随着国Ⅵ排放标准的实施,如何更高效地处理柴油发动机排放的氮氧化物,成为新的研究热点和难点。当前广泛应用的尿素水溶液,作为前驱体的SCR系统,存在转化效率低和尿素易结晶等弊端。为此,国内外多家机构和学者研究了固态SCR系统,以改善当前SCR系统的特性。在此,对比分析了32.5%尿素水溶液和固态铵作为系统氨气前驱体的优缺点,同时阐明了固态SCR系统的原理及国内外研究进展和应用情况。
With the implementation of nationalⅥemission standards,how to deal with nitrogen oxides from diesel engines more efficiently has become a new focus and difficulty.At present,the widely used urea water solution as the precursor of SCR system has the disadvantages of low conversion efficiency and easy crystallization.Therefore,a lot of institutions and scholars have studied the solid ammonium SCR system to improve the characteristics of SCR system.The advantages and disadvantages of 32.5%urea aqueous solution and solid ammonium as ammonia precursor in the system are compared and analyzed,the principle of the solid ammonium SCR system,as well as research progress and applications are explained.
