摘要
培育新乡贤是“打造一支强大的乡村振兴人才队伍”的重要内容,在推进乡村人才振兴和乡村振兴战略中具有不可忽视的作用。结合广东省湛江市的实际情况,发现当前新乡贤培育中存在着功能定位不清晰,培育机制不健全、队伍结构不合理、组织化规范化建设不足等问题,应通过明晰功能定位、建立健全培育机制、不断拓宽选人用人视野、加强组织化规范化建设等措施,努力打造一支素质优良、作用突出、热心家乡事业的新乡贤队伍。
New rural talent cultivation,as a crucial part of"building a strong talent team of rural revitalization",plays an important role in promoting rural talent revitalization.Combining with the actual situation in Zhanjiang City,Guangdong Province,it is found that the current rural talent cultivation has problems such as unclear function positioning,unsound cultivation mechanism,unreasonable team structure,insufficient organization and standardization.It is necessary to clarify cultivation targets,to establish a sound cultivation mechanism,to broaden the horizons of selection and appointment,to strengthen the level organization and standardization construction,and strive to build a new rural talent team who are highly qualified,able to perform outstanding roles and enthusiastic about hometown careers as well.
