摘要
目的观察活血止痛汤治疗气滞血瘀型带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床疗效。方法选取2018年3月—2019年10月来院医治的66例气滞血瘀型带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者作为研究对象,遵照掷硬币法均分为参照组和观察组,各33例。参照组采用西医治疗,观察组采用中医治疗,比较两组的治疗效果、不良反应、相关指标、疼痛评分。结果治疗后,参照组比观察组治疗效果差,观察组比参照组不良反应少,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);参照组比观察组的相关指标差,参照组比观察组的疼痛评分高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论活血止痛汤适合在气滞血瘀型带状疱疹后遗神经痛治疗中使用,疗效、不良反应、相关指标及疼痛评分均较符合预期,能更好的促进机体恢复,应用价值明显。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Huoxue Zhitong decoction on the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia caused by herpes zoster of Qi stagnation and blood stasis type.Methods 66 patients with postherpetic neuralgia caused by herpes zoster of Qi stagnation and blood stasis type who came to the hospital from March 2018 to October 2019 were divided into a reference group and an observation group according to the coin toss method,33 cases in each group.Reference group was treated with western medicine treatment,observation group was treated with Chinese medicine treatment,the treatment effect,adverse reactions,related indicators,pain scores of the two groups was compared.Results After treatment,the treatment effect of the reference group was worse than that of the observation group,the adverse reactions of the observation group were less than that of the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the relevant indicators of the reference group were worse than that of the observation group,the pain score of the reference group was higher than that of the observation group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Huoxue Zhitong decoction is suitable for the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia of qi stagnation and blood stasis type.The curative effect,adverse reactions,related indicators and pain scores are in line with the expectations,which can better promote the recovery of the body and has obvious application value.
