摘要
大型仪器实验室作为高校实验室体系的一个重要组成部分,因具有对环境要求高、人员流动性大、专业性强、人员防护要求高以及附属设备条件多等独特性而对实验室安全提出更高的标准和要求。运用PDCA循环理论,通过实验室安全风险点识别与风险评价、执行安全管理措施、日常安全监督检查与文化建设以及安全隐患整改4个主要环节,构建以预防为先导、以过程管理为基础,持续改进的安全质量管理体系,为大型仪器设备正常运行提供安全保障。
As an important part of the laboratory system in Colleges and universities,the large-scale instrument laboratory has the characteristics of high environmental requirements,high mobility of personnel,strong professionalism,high requirements for personnel protection and many auxiliary equipment conditions,which puts forward higher standards and requirements for laboratory safety.Based on PDCA cycle theory,through the four main links of laboratory safety risk point identification and risk assessment,implementation of safety management measures,daily safety supervision and inspection and cultural construction and safety hidden danger rectification,a safety and quality management system with prevention as the guidance,process management as the basis and continuous improvement is established to provide safety guarantee for normal operation of large-scale instruments and equipment.
