摘要
目的掌握内江市食品中食源性致病菌污染状况和分布特征,为食源性疾病防控提供参考。方法根据《食品安全风险监测工作手册》,2019-2019后在内江市范围内对16类食品10种常见重要食源性致病菌进行采样监测。使用SPSS 19.0软件进行数据分析,率的比较采用χ^2比检,检验水准α=0.05。结果2010-2019年共监测食品2208件,检出食源性致病菌45件,检出率2.04%;各类食品中以直饮水检出率最高(14.29%),其次为水产品(7.10%);食源性致病菌中以霍乱弧菌检出率最高(5.86%);各类食品、各致病菌检出率差异有统计学意义。结论内江市食品状况总体较好,但部分仍存在致病菌污染,仍需加强监测和监管力度。
Objective To investigate the contamination status of food-borne pathogens in food of Neijiang city so as to provide scientific basis for preventing and controlling food-borne diseases.Methods According to the Manual for Surveillance of Food-borne Pathogens,10 important foodborne pathogens in 16 types of food were sampled and monitored.Results 45 samples with pathogens were detected from 2208 samples,and the total detection rate was 2.04%.Direct drinking water had the highest detection rate(14.29%)of pathogens,followed by aquatic products(7.10%).Vibrio cholerae was the most common type of food-borne pathogen with a detection rate of 5.86%.The differences in the detection rates of various food pathogens in different types of food were statistically significant.Conclusion The hygiene status of food was generally good in Neijiang City,but some types of food were still contaminated by pathogenic bacteria,therefore monitoring and supervision should be strengthened.
