摘要
本文主要对民用飞机工艺规范验证的条款要求及适航符合性验证方法进行研究。工艺规范作为产品生产制造和检验的依据,根据制造过程工艺方法,介绍了民用飞机的工艺规范体系。对条款要求进行研究,需严格控制的制造工艺需编制工艺规范。依据工艺规范是否新编等不同类别,确定通过说明性方法(MC1)或试验室试验(MC4)表明符合性,并总结了工艺规范在试验室试验开展适航符合性验证的试验流程。
The requirements of civil aircraft process specification verification and airworthiness compliance verification methods are studied.Process specification is the basis for product manufacturing and inspection.According to the manufacturing process methods,the process specification system of civil aircraft is introduced.The requirements of the clauses are studied,the manufacturing process that needs to be strictly controlled need to prepare process specifications.According to different categories such as whether the process specification is newly compiled,it is determined that the compliance is demonstrated by the descriptive method(MC1)or the laboratory test(MC4),and the test process of the process specification to carry out the airworthiness compliance verification in the laboratory test is summarized.
