摘要
目的:通过对比研究,探讨和分析电子胃镜下行胃息肉电切术患者的安全性以及有效性。方法:选取2017年10月~2019年10月本院收治的胃息肉患者104例作为研究对象,使用随机数字表将其分为观察组和对照组,各52例。观察组采用电子胃镜下电切术进行息肉的切除,而对照组则实行传统手术切除法,比较2组患者的临床治疗效果及并发症发生情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为90.38%、并发症发生率为3.85%,明显优于对照组相应指标,且P<0.05,2组间的差异具有统计学意义。结论:电子胃镜下行胃息肉电切术临床治疗效果显著,且术后并发症发生率较低,安全性高。
Objective:To explore and analyze the safety and effectiveness of patients undergoing gastric polypectomy under electronic gastroscope through comparative study.Methods:104 patients with gastric polyps admitted to our hospital from October 2017 to October 2019 were selected as research objects,and they were divided into observation group and control group with 52 cases in each group using random number table.The observation group underwent polypectomy under electronic gastroscope,while the control group underwent traditional surgical resection.The clinical therapeutic effects and complications of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate and complication rate of the observation group were 90.38%and 3.85%respectively,which were significantly better than those of the control group,and P<0.05,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant.Conclusion:Electrosurgical resection of gastric polyps under electronic gastroscope has significant clinical therapeutic effect,and the incidence of postoperative complications is low,with high safety.
