摘要
文章以物流设备租赁企业为研究对象,根据目前物流企业预约维修服务的突发性、系统智能性等特点,对预约维修流程优化进行研究。通过确定维修部门运作流程和维修作业流程,分析租赁企业的运作流程影响因素,对预约维修流程提出优化思路,以减少维修资源损耗,提高租赁企业维修效率,从而提升承租方满足度。
This paper takes logistics equipment leasing companies as the research object, and studies the optimization of the scheduled maintenance process based on the suddenness and system intelligence of current logistics companies’ scheduled maintenance services. By determining the operation process and maintenance operation process of the maintenance department, analyzing the influencing factors of the operation process of the leasing company, and suggesting optimization ideas for the scheduled maintenance process, so as to reduce the loss of maintenance resources, improve the maintenance efficiency of the leasing company,and improve the satisfaction of the tenant.
