摘要
上海老港再生能源利用中心二期工程中的双曲面幕墙具有外挂铝板尺寸不规则、立面角度变化多等特点,施工难度大。为此,对幕墙外挂系统的节点优化设计及施工方法进行了探索,总结了异形幕墙施工的关键工艺,可为不规则非线性曲面铝板飘带幕墙的施工提供思路。
The hyperboloid curtain wall in the second-phase project of Shanghai Laogang Renewable Energy Utilization Center has the characteristics of irregular dimensions of external aluminum panels and changes in elevation angles,which makes the construction difficult.To this end,the node optimization design and construction methods of the curtain wall external hanging system are explored,and the key construction techniques of the specially-shaped curtain wall are summarized,which can provide ideas for the construction of the irregular non-linear curved aluminum plate streamer curtain wall.
