摘要
影像组学是从医学影像中高通量提取形态、纹理等能反映细胞生物学行为特征的一种数字图像处理技术。因为其能够反映肉眼无法识别的组织微观改变,所以在原发性肝癌的诊断、鉴别诊断、分级、分期、生物学行为及生存预后分析等方面表现出独特的优势。就影像组学在原发性肝癌中的应用进展、存在的问题以及对未来研究的初步展望予以综述。
Radiomics is a high-throughput digital image processing technique to extract morphology,texture and other features of medical images,which can reflect the biological behavior of cells.Radiomics can reflect microscopic changes that cannot be recognized by naked eye,so it has unique advantages in the diagnosis,differential diagnosis,grading,staging,biological behavior analysis,and survival and prognostic estimations of primary liver cancer.We reviewed the research progress,shortcomings,and prospects of radiomics in the study of primary liver cancer.
