750 kV变电站设备支架垂直度公差自动检测装置

摘要 针对750 kV变电站设备支架在现场施工中存在的垂直度公差检测问题,基于激光准直原理,设计了设备支架的垂直度公差自动检测装置。以激光作为检测光源,经过分光棱镜将入射光源进行分光和方向改变;通过移动滑台上安装的电子水平传感器进行入射激光光源的基准线调整,确保入射光源的位置精度;将光电位置传感器模块以均匀间隔固定安装于待测设备支架,通过步进电机驱动移动滑台移动,使分光后的入射光源与光电位置传感器匹配;通过可伸缩连杆进行光电位置传感器水平方向位置微调,使光电位置传感器对接收光源点的位置坐标进行标定;标定数据通过数据采集卡向上位机进行传输;上位机监控程序对采集到的标定数据进行显示、运算,检测出待测设备支架的位置公差。 Aiming at the problem of perpendicularity tolerance detection of 750 kV substation equipment support in site construction,based on the principle of laser collimation,an automatic detection device for the vertical tolerance of the equipment bracket was designed.The laser was used as the detection light source,and the incident light source was divided and the direction was changed through a beam splitting prism.The reference line of the incident laser source was adjusted by the electronic level sensor installed on the sliding table to ensure the position accuracy of the incident light source.The photoelectric position sensor module is fixedly installed on the support of the equipment to be tested at even intervals,and the moving sliding table is driven by a stepping motor to match the incident light source after light splitting with the photoelectric position sensor.The horizontal position of the photoelectric position sensor was fine-tuned through the retractable connecting rod,so that the photoelectric position sensor could calibrate the position coordinates of the receiving light source point.The calibration data was transmitted to the upper computer through the data acquisition card.The host computer monitoring program displayed and calculated the collected calibration data and detected the position tolerance of the equipment under test.
