摘要
硬皮病是一种多系统参与的慢性自身免疫性疾病,其发病机制十分复杂。该文从"虚"和"瘀"的角度对硬皮病进行了全面阐述,就硬皮病的病因病机及辨证论治进行了深入探讨,指出其病理因素为"虚"和"瘀",病机为肺脾肾三脏虚弱,浊瘀痹阻、闭塞不通,治法为补肺健脾益肾、化浊通络,方用温阳化浊通络方。同时就目前中医治疗硬皮病的进展进行了分析,明确其存在的问题,对其优势进行了展望,以便在本病治疗方面取得进一步突破。
Scleroderma is a multi-system involved chronic autoimmune disease,and its pathogenesis is very complex.This article expounded scleroderma comprehensively from the angle of"deficiency"and "blood stasis",deeply probed into the etiology,pathogenesis,differentiation and treatment of scleroderma,and pointed out that its pathological factors were "deficiency"and"blood stasis",and the pathogenesis of scleroderma was the deficiency of lung,spleen and kidney.The treatment method is tonifying the lung,invigorating the spleen and tonifying the kidney,resolving the turbidity and clearing the collaterals,and using the prescription of warming Yang to remove the turbid and clear the collaterals.At the same time,the treatment of scleroderma by traditional Chinese medicine( TCM) is analyzed.The existing problems were clarified,and its advantages were prospected in order to make a further breakthrough in the treatment of scleroderma.
