摘要
因受水利工程影响,工程附近上下游的水文站水位-流量关系散乱,导致流量整编较为困难,且实际中对大型水利工程多样泄流建筑物逐一进行流量系数率定的可能性低。通过综合评估葛洲坝出库流量精度,建立葛洲坝出库流量与其下游6 km宜昌水文站实测流量间的流量系数相关关系,从而推算宜昌水文站流量过程。分析其与宜昌水文站现有整编成果之间的误差,优选方案实现宜昌水文站流量整编,流量整编精度满足SL 247-2012《水文资料整编规范》要求。该方法对受水利工程影响下的水文站流量整编具有借鉴意义。
Because of the impact of water conservancy project,the stage-discharge relation of the upstream and downstream hydrological stations nearby the dam scatter,resulting difficulty in discharge data compilation and low possibility of one-by-one determination of discharge coefficients for multiple release structures of large-scale water conservancy.In this paper,by a comprehensive assessment on the discharge accuracy from Gezhouba Project,we establish the correlation between the discharges from Gezhouba Project and the measured discharge at Yichang hy⁃drologic station 6 km downstream from the project,analyze discharge process of Yichang hydrological station dis⁃charge and the error between the analyzed results and the existing compilation data of Yichang hydrological station,select the optimized solution to compile discharge data of Yichang hydrological station.The accuracy of compiled discharge data meet the requirements of"Code for Hydrologic Data Processing".This method can be referred by the discharge data compilation of hydrologic stations under the influence of water conservancy projects.
