具有高电能质量特性的配网电压互感器综合保护方法研究 被引量:6

摘要 在中性点非接地系统中,电压互感器经常出现一次绕组烧损、高压熔断器熔断及3次谐波电压含有率偏大等问题,为此提出了一种具有高电能质量特性的配网电压互感器综合保护方案,并设计了综合保护装置及物联网App。现场应用结果表明,综合保护装置在系统和电压互感器异常时能正确可靠动作,而在系统正常运行时能有效抑制电压互感器中线点电压偏移和3次谐波,提高了电压互感器信号的电能质量特性;而通过物联网App,可实时掌握电压互感器运行状态及保护动作情况。 In the ungrounded neutral point system,potential transformers often have problems such as burnout of the primary winding,blowing of the high-voltage fuse blown and high third harmonic voltage content.For this reason,a comprehensive protection scheme for distribution network potential transformers with high power quality characteristics is proposed,and a comprehensive protection device and an IoT(Internet of Things)App is designed.Field application results show that the comprehensive protection device can not only operate correctly and reliably when the system and the potential transformer are abnormal,but also effectively suppress the potential transformer neutral point voltage deviation and the third harmonic when the system is in normal operation,thus improves the power quality characteristics of the potential transformer signal.Through the IoT App,the operation status of voltage transformers and the protection operation can be grasped in real time.
