摘要
目的:主要探讨高职护生对不同病人静脉穿刺技能的掌握情况。方法:从郑州黄河护理职业学院三年制大专生中选择护理专业学生200名,将其随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组进行传统授课模式+不同病人静脉穿刺教学法,对照组护生接受传统授课模式,为期一学期。通过测评两组学生的静脉穿刺成功率和期末考试成绩,来评价不同病人静脉穿刺+传统授课模式的实施效果。结果:实验结束后,实验组学生穿刺成功率高达89%,对照组学生穿刺成功率75%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组理论成绩为(77.72±12.84)分,对照组理论成绩为(72.64±11.74)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:实验组在理论成绩和静脉穿刺能力方面都比对照组有一定的进步。
Objective: To explore the mastery of venous puncture skills of different patients in higher vocational nursing students. Methods: 200 nursing students were selected from three-year junior college students of Zhengzhou Yellow River nursing vocational college and randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The experimental group was given traditional teaching mode + venipuncture teaching method for different patients, while the control group was given traditional teaching mode for one semester. Through the evaluation of the success rate of venipuncture and final examination results of the two groups of students, the implementation effect of different patients with venipuncture + traditional teaching mode was evaluated. Results: after the experiment, the success rate of puncture was 89% in the experimental group and 75% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the theoretical score of the experimental group was(77.72>2.84)and that of the control group was(72.64>1.74), the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: the experimental group has a certain progress in theoretical performance and venipuncture ability than the control group.
